Terms of service

1. Payments:
Payments are non-refundable once I start working on your piece. No take-backsies, sorry!
I require payment in two parts: 50% upfront to get started, and the remaining 50% upon completion (unless it’s a sketch—then it’s full payment upfront).2. Revisions:
Small tweaks at each stage (sketch, line art, etc.) are fine and free! But major changes after the finalization stage will cost extra. Think of it as an art tax for indecisiveness.3. Deadlines:
No Deadline's, sorry! They stress me out, and I’m more creative when I’m not watching the clock. I promise to finish your artwork as fast as possible while staying sane, so please be patient!4. Creative Freedom:
I reserve the right to decline any request that I am uncomfortable with or falls outside my artistic scope. In short: no weird stuff I’m not comfortable drawing.5. Payment Details:
PayPal is my one and only payment method.
I’ll send you my PayPal info after you tell me what you’d like drawn. No info, no invoice—it’s that simple.6. References:
I can’t read minds (yet), so I need clear references and detailed descriptions of what you want before I can start. Help me help you!7. Watermarks:
My watermark stays on the artwork. Always. Think of it as my signature flourish—don’t erase it.8. Refunds & Changes:
Once the sketch has been approved, no refunds or last-minute changes. The train has left the station, my friend.9. Usage:
My artwork is for personal use only, unless we agree otherwise (let’s chat if you want commercial rights).
Absolutely, positively NO use for NFTs or AI datasets. This art isn’t going to be part of the robot uprising.10. Delivery:
Once your masterpiece is complete, I’ll send it directly to your email. Voilà!11. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms:
